I am pleased that you have visited All Saints Bedford website which gives you a glimpse of what we are about.  We aim to be a place of grace and compassion where people like you can find spiritual, intellectual and emotional refreshment. We are an inclusive church offering a warm welcome to everyone.

All Saints is a diverse group of people at different stages in our Christian pilgrimage, called to celebrate God’s presence.  We embrace a range of worship styles which reflect our broad Anglican tradition. We are engaged in developing our spiritual life together, and in using our gifts and skills to support our community, both within the church and outside it.  We share our building with the wider community of Bedford with the aim of trying to make our community a better place for all to live, work and play.

At the heart of the life of the church is the belief that God is close and caring.  Together we are discovering that Jesus Christ is not just a character from history, but when we put Jesus at the centre of our lives the world begins to make sense.  We want to learn to live with respect for creation, to love God, to love and serve others, to seek justice and resist evil. We see ourselves as part of God’s family, and like all families whose members have diverse interests, we don’t always see eye to eye. But we believe we can learn from each other, and that trusting each other, we can move forward together living in the grace of God.
